Following up on the case of Justin Hall, member of the People’s Bureau of investigation (PBI), which I wrote about in July of this year. He was indicted by the grand jury in New York on a two-count superseding indictment for possession of firearms and ammunition.

Today’s update is based on court records that were recently unsealed but that were filed back in May 2022. The records included an affidavit in support of search and seizure warrant. In these records, they detail more about Justin Hall and his activities.

Here is what we learned. In April 2022, Mr. Hall sent via priority mail packages containing writs of execution, a notice of conviction, letters and documentation from the PBI to a number of public officials in Douglas County Nevada including the Sheriff, a district court judge, attorneys, including the district attorney and the Douglas County chief Deputy DA.

The package of contents included a two-page writ of execution and notice of criminal conviction from the “Environmental District Court for the Environmental District Court of the United States.” It alleged that the Sheriff was convicted of two counts of “criminal violation for unlawful discharge of chemical and biological warfare agents, two counts of criminal violation of national standard of performance to eliminate discharges, and two counts of criminal violation of prohibition, effluent standard and pretreatment standards.”

The sentences for these offenses were harsh and carried a “30-year prison term or penalty of death.”

The writ went on to say that they had “30 days to execute the resolution to adopt and enforce environmental law” and named a particular law. It states, that if you “failed to settle this matter within 30 days, the court has authorized a $10,000 arrest reward be paid upon presentment of booking documents, payable to any citizen or citizens, no warrant required.”

The public officials regarded this as an objective threat, especially because the PBI website listed the home addresses for the public officials.

The court records included the fact that Justin Hall has a fairly lengthy criminal record and regard him as an ongoing threat to public officials.

Will update if any more information becomes available.
