Mr. Justin Hall was indicted by the grand jury in New York on June 22, 2022 on a two count superseding indictment for possession of firearms and ammunition by prohibited person and illegal transportation of firearms by a person under indictment.

The government accuses Mr. Hall of unlawfully possessing firearms and ammunition on May 22, 2022 in Buffalo, New York while driving from Nevada to Massachusetts. He was prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition because he had been previously convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence and for an additional, unspecified problems in Nevada.

Court records indicate that on May 22, 2022, the Buffalo FBI received information that his vehicle was located in the greater Buffalo area. One week prior, a federal warrant had been issued against Mr. Hall for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

“Due to the defendant’s penchant for weapons and his ties alternative right-wing groups, including the PBI (People’s Bureau of Investigation which allows individuals, such as himself, to serve citizens and government officials with a writ of execution), QAnon, and the 3 Percent militia,” the FBI were concerned that he may be engaging in “copycat” behavior related to the mass shooting at Top’s supermarket. The police conducted a traffic stop and he was taken into custody.

In his vehicle, were spent shell casings, belonging to a rifle, also in the vehicle.

In a videotaped interview, Mr. Hall said that he had firearms stored in the back of his truck. Three firearms and ammunition were located and described below.

In his interview, he also discussed his guilty plea for domestic violence. He had been cohabitating with the victim at the time and allegedly used force against her, throwing “A.H.” through glass.

He told the FBI that because he is a “constitutionalist to the core” he “does not adhere” to any statutory laws that he believes infringes on his Second Amendment rights. Regarding why he was traveling in Buffalo, he was going to meet a woman he met online.

I had heard about the PBI some time ago but could find very little on them at the time. It’s interesting to note that according to this individual, the purpose of the PBI, is to “to serve citizens and government officials with a writ of execution.”

Below is a excerpt from their website.

Will update as additional information becomes available.
