A lengthy report has been published by the Ministry of the Interior Czech Republic (MV) on the subject of the community, called “The Movement of Sovereign Citizens” which has cropped up in the Czech Republic. They say that “MV, “a manifestation of the movement’s anti-system conspiracy theories”, whose “ideology stems from anti-Semitic, racist and radically anti-state conspiracy theories.”

People were sending forms called “HONEST DECLARATION OF LIFE” to the authorities, in which they “dismiss the contract between a natural person and a Czech Republic corporation.” They would also refuse to pay taxes.

Beliefs endorsed by the Czech Republic sovereigns:

  • Requests to the authorities, the senders of which request the termination of the contract between them and the “Czech Republic corporation”
  • Denying the existence of the state in its current official form, the most exposed in the Czech Republic is the so-called Community of Legitimate Creditors of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as SLVČR or legitimate creditors).
  • Among other things, they are based on the belief that the division of the former Czechoslovakia on January 1, 1993 was illegitimate, it was not a manifestation of the will of the citizens, but a political act from above, and therefore they do not recognize them and demand citizenship of the Czechoslovakia
  • They consider the Czech Republic illegitimate, and therefore the holder of Czech citizenship (according to their teaching) has no rights, nor obligations towards the state.
  • The identification of legitimate creditors should have already been carried out by the German and Swiss courts, which legitimate creditors often refer to.
