Lenka Kaloma from Orange County CA and Joshua James from the Republic of Texas now claim to be Dejure Sheriffs under common law. Lenka claims to have all of her paperwork, including a badge and claims she’s now part of the Declaration of Independence.
Yes, they are pretending to be police.

In a video out today, they say they have arrest warrants (by a common law court), are evoking “mayday mayday” calling for a “judicial tribunal” for all of officials they believe have not protected the people.
Mr. James first ran for “cooperate sheriff” of New Mexico. He then went to a David Straight conference and that is where he learned about the Republic of Texas (who were in a group with people learning about becoming an American State Nationals). The Republic of Texas (members of) liked him and asked him if he wanted to be their sheriff and he said yes.
They are planning on opening their own courts.
They also want to train others so it will be interesting to see what happens.
