This case occurred in September 2021 in Ireland where a anti-vaxxer/sovereign citizen (Antonio Mureddu) was seen on video removing a very ill man (Joe McCarron) from the hospital ICU. Doctors pleaded with him not to leave the hospital but he did anyway. Mr. McCarron died two days later.
Mr. Mureddu was arrested in February 2022 in for the incident at Letterkenny University Hospital where a gravely-ill Covid-19 patient was assisted in departing the hospital.
Today, it was reported that he will not face criminal charges for the September 2021 hospital incident. It is not clear why since it is paywalled, but possibly because they did not have a provable court case.
I know people are upset that Antonio Mureddu won’t face charges for his part in the death of Joe McCarron last year.

This is probably not the last time we will hear from Antonio Mureddu. No one who demands that they be called “King” goes slinking off into the night, never to be heard from again.
