Sovereign Citizen Files Very Lengthy Lawsuit

I wanted to report on a recent sovereign citizen filing that is 275 pages long and contains 460 paragraphs.

I don’t wish to share the individual’s name so if you’re interested and wish to know more about the case, contact me and I will provide the information.

The person describes themselves as being one of the “Sovereign American People” and is suing a long list of people including Barbara McQuaid, William Barr, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Social Security Administration, and many other federal agencies and individuals in and outside of government. Honestly, it’s too long to name them all.

The individual is alleging (among many other things) that they are a victim of an attempted murder. Interestingly, they are also a targeted individual. Targeted individuals (TI’s) claim that people or a group of people are purposefully harassing and targeting them with mind control weapons, lasers, EMF technology, etc., for the purpose of destroying their lives.

From what I can discern, the alleged attempted murder took place a few years ago after individuals from multiple government agencies tortured this individual and unlawfully entered their home via coercive threats and unwanted force. The government agents engaged in a surprise attack on the unsuspecting victim. The agents had been casing the home for some time and would reportedly leave nasty messages and threats encouraging the victim to come to the door and let them inside the home.

Eventually, the government agents forced entry into the home, after which the victim began experiencing serious illness symptoms and was eventually hospitalized with a serious blood condition. This blood condition led to multiple amputations leaving the individual permanently disabled. The government agents visited the victim in the hospital, interrogated them while they under heavy sedation and have subsequently been engaged in a criminal cover-up.

This individual has a long history of suing government officials and many others. From what I can tell, the majority of their extremely lengthy lawsuits have been dismissed. One court characterized these types of claims in a way that is very fitting:

“[This type of action] is a typical example of the kind of action being filed with increasing frequency under the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981- 1986. Having been defeated in state court proceedings and being unhappy and somewhat humiliated and frustrated by the results of such proceedings, these persons lash out at judges, attorneys, witnesses, court functionaries, newspapers and anyone else in convenient range, terming all of them corruptly evil and charging them with perjury and conspiracy in a last desperate effort to re-litigate the issues on which they have once lost and hoping to secure sizeable damages to boot.”

It seems like this individual is legitimately suffering and attempting to utilize the courts in a very inappropriate way to right a perceived injustice. Hopefully, they can eventually find peace in their lives.
