It appears as though a Ukrainian man is using sovereign citizen language and tactics to attempt to get out of “illegal recruitment.” This marks the first time I have come across this being used by anyone in Ukraine.
If this turned out to be a Ukrainian case, it would be the 31st country in which there is evidence of sovereign citizen activity.
