Pleas deal for female sovereign citizen who stalked and harrassed county employees. She was arrested with a loaded handgun and loaded handgun, knives, and a baseball bat in her car. This judge noted “the plea and sentence agreement assumes that she is amenable to rehabilitation, she is not, she has declared herself to be a sovereign citizen who is not subject to the jurisdiction of the court.”
