Kane Thompson is charged with assault by stabbing/cutting and threatening to kill/do grievous bodily harm. He had been a problem in court previously, swearing at the judge calling her a “witch in black.” This most recent trip was no different.
“As he appeared on-screen in front of the courtroom on Monday, Judge Jo Rielly asked him “Mr Thompson, can you see and hear me?,” to which he replied “I do not accept that name, I am the beneficiary of the Kane Thompson trust.”
He continued to argue with the judge who ordered that he be evaluated to determine if he is fit for trial.
