Mr. Trevor Andrew Brown submitted three motions (all in one 128 page document), one of which included lack of jurisdiction. You can read it here.
Mr. Brown would make the 7th capital rioter using at least a mix of sovereign citizen methods as part of their defense. The others include: Beeks, Bochene, Hostetter, Bauer, Kenyon, Egtvedt and now Brown (and maybe St. Cyr).
