Was going through court records and found the case of Jason Steven Kokinda who was arrested in Jan 2021 on federal possession of child pornography.
He was already a separate indictment for failure to register charge. Below is the narrative from the criminal complaint where he says he is a sovereign citizen. Also note he said he was a representative, too.
With this, he faced charges of obstructing an officer. He also refused to sign the fingerprint card. I do not know the current disposition of the case but if and when I do, I will post it.
