Anchorage Police Department Officer Cornelius Aaron Pettus allegedly assaulted Mr. Sam Allen during a 2019 incident and was indicted by the government for charge of deprivation of civil rights under color of law. Mr. Allen has filed suit again Mr. Pettus.
Most recently, Mr. Pettus is asking the court to allow evidence of victim’s crimes, wrongs, acts and character. He is allegeding past incidents by Mr. Allen but also that he is a frauditor and sovereign citizen.
