The Illinois Attorney General’s Office are allegedly that a sovereign citizen took steps to place a lien against State’s Attorney Dan Wright’s home and property. For reasons that are not exactly clear, he has not been arrested yet for the charge.

The man in question does not believe he is a sovereign citizen yet claims that he is not subject to prosecution for alleged violations of Illinois law. His denial of being a sovereign citizen, is fairly common.

This is a very smart move: “The state attorney general’s office has been appointed as special prosecutor to handle all of Turner’s pending cases.”

He has quite a few charges he is facing. His next hearing is set for June 13, 2022. Case ongoing.
