As Vice reported recently, Romana Didulo’s followers have been attempting to get out of paying their utilities and taxes by sending these companies copies of her illegitimate royal decrees stating that they will no longer be paying. Some of the responses customers have received were outlined in the Vice article.
In one of the latest instances, a follower stated that they were serving her royal decrees along with a “court verdict” to Enbridge Gas. They received quite a response from customer relations. See letter below:
OPCA is a term coined by Alberta judge John Rooke in a divorce case. He did an in-depth repudiation of OPCA pseudo legal tactics which has become the gold standard in Canada and in other countries. That was Meads v Meads, an opinion definitely worth reading.
It’s also important to note that in this letter, they are considering the behavior of this person to be “an attempt at fraud.”
It seems like they are definitely putting these customers on notice.
