Mr. Richard Sivell was arrested yesterday after allegedly making death threats against the prime minister, journalists and other public officials. Armed officers arrested him at a rural property that he interestingly claimed he owned via “allodial title,” a claim similar to a land patent and associated with the sovereign citizen movement.
Below are some of his alleged audio threats he posted in an online group :
- “As far as I’m concerned we should hang this government for treason.”
- “We already know these people are f* guilty. Time to build some gallows and f* hang them … I want to string them up straight away.”
- He also requested on the military “to raid the f*ing Beehive”
- He wanted to “[snap] the neck” of “demonic” senior politicians for “crimes against humanity, for genocide, for treason and for violation of the Nuremberg code”
- “All the mainstream media in New Zealand is basically government propaganda agents … They are very culpable. They need to hang, too”
- Claimed that the COVID narratives are are BS
