I am posting this brief thread from Twitter I wrote about sovereign citizen research. This is about the case of Christopher R. Walker. If we want to understand the nature of sovereign citizens and the crimes they commit, we need to have a full accounting of every case that they are involved in, especially when their actions lead to the death of another person.
1/4 Brief🧵about sovereign citizen research. There are a decent number of times I find cases in which a sov cit is the offender/perp but is not labeled as such in the article/press materials. Nothing new but just an observation but this means cases are definitely missed

If you’d like to learn more about Mr. Walker and his wife, you can see them on this video here. It shows you the type of attitude they have, and what they think about the government, etc. It’s very revealing. It gives you some insight into the psychology of sovereign citizens.
