A car was pulled over in Arkansas for a traffic stop and the officer noticed the passenger was not wearing a seat belt. The officer asked for ID but the woman said she was a sovereign, knew her rights and did not have to comply. She was asked to exit the vehicle but she refused and from there she began swearing and kicking one of them. They found methamphetamine in her purse and now she is facing a slew of charges.
