A nevada news outlet details how police captured Josiah Kenyon. Among other crimes, Kenyon is charged with assaulting a capitol police officer with a table leg with a nail protruding from it and throwing a hard plastic pylon at police.

He is the one in the pinstripes:

Two Sheriff deputies who were assigned to assist homeless persons in the area came upon a woman with two children living in an unheated travel trailer at the bottom of a mountain. They tried to help her but she was refused their help and seemed to refer to the officers as being ”unconstitutional.”

They ran the plates on Mr. Kenyon’s vehicle and learned that he was wanted by the FBI. He was soon arrested, along with his wife for child endangerment. The also found AR-15 rifle, a Glock handgun, ammunition and other weaponry inside their camouflaged vehicle.

It was noted that the children were safe but were also expressed the same type of sovereign citizen rhetoric as their parents.

If Mr. Kenyon is a sovereign citizen, he would be the 5th such defendant among the Jan 6th arrestees.
