Rene Ayarde, a live-in health aid, is accused of beating an 80-year old man to death in his home four months ago. The man was very ill and suffering from cancer.

When his body was found, the words “I touch little girls” and “I take dolls into my room” were written on his chest. Despite this, prosecutors say there is no alleged actions on the victim’s part that indicate that he is a sexual offender.

Neighbors reported hearing loud noises coming from the apartment. “It went on forever, man,” one man said. “The way the force, and how long it went (on for), I drew it up to only a man could do that.”

The suspect was arrested a few months back for allegedly assaulting her 3-year-old daughter and a bystander. After that arrest, she “claimed to be “a sovereign citizen” and told police, “You have no jurisdiction over me,” allege prosecutors’ court findings.”

There seems to be a lot more to this story that we do not know yet. She is currently being held without bail. Her next court date is December 21, 2021.
