The Richmond Hill Police Department reports that they sent an officer to the local library on October 18, 2021 because a man was “scaring the staff.” They did ask him to leave and he did but was pulled over because of a “private” tag. When asked about the tag, the driver said he did not need one or a driver’s license for that matter.

Upon further investigation, the police learn that his license was suspended and that he had a warrant out for his arrest. The police asked if he was a sovereign citizen but he said no. It is not uncommon for sovereigns to deny that they are sovereign.
