You might remember she was the one who filed a fake lien on a giant mansion and held up its sale. The lien has been dealt with and the house is being demolished.
Ms. Elliott’s trial was scheduled for 9am this morning but she failed to show. The judge had issued a “capias” after waiting, and she’s now been arrested. He also revoked her bail.
They found her near the courthouse and she was taken to jail. She’ll be there at least until a new trial date is set.
If convicted, she could go to prison for decades.
