Edward Hanner Jr. and Edward Alexander Patterson are charged with impersonating a police officer and possessing a firearm during the commission of a crime.
- Pulled over on interstate without headlight (one out) and homemade license plate that said “Tsalagi Nation Tribal Rhode Island Police”
- Presented ID cards and were claiming them to be diplomatic passports for the Goldfalcon Thunderbird Embassy Clan of the Tsalagi Cherokee Nation
- Neither had driver’s licenses
- Authorities contact member of the Cherokee Nation Marshal Services, and found they had no record of these men
- Both are from Pittsburgh, PA
