Darrell Brooks is back in the news. One expert says that he may have a case on appeal regarding competency to represent himself. I would be surprised if he did win on those grounds but will be watching. Also noteworthy is that on December 7, new charges were brought against him for felony intimidation of a witness and one count of felony bail jumping.
