Andy Heasman was arrested after refusing to wear a mask on a bus. Now he’s been placed in an isolation unit in prison after again refusing to wear a mask.
“The paper is reporting that sources say that Heasman told prison staff that he was a “Sovereign citizen” and refused to comply with Covid regulations and wear a mask.”
