Best I can tell so far, they have a Telegram group called All Meter Replacements Nationwide (UK). They seem to be offering to help people replace their gas & elective meters via “common law.”
The group has over 6K members (and growing) and they ask for a $200 or $250 donation in exchange for their services. The comments in the group are a mix of people warning others that is illegal, others saying it is their right to do it, asking for assistance on how to make it happen since they live in a building or among many others, and some others discussing paying their bills with a promissory note, freedom, sovereignty, and wanting to take their rights back. Except for the few people warning that it is illegal, they are giving each other very bad advice.
Update: 3/14: Group admin notes that some people have reported them for fraud. Their bank account may have been blocked. Cannot verify but that is what was posted.
