A Year After Their Arrests, The Moorish Militia Has Yet To Be Prosecuted

You might recall the 11 members of the armed militia (then called Rise of the Moors) were arrested on firearms charges. None have been prosecuted yet.

Reports indicate that “defendants will face trials in pairs, and nine have posted bail, the Globe reported. The first trial begins in August, while others are scheduled to begin in the fall and next spring.”

In the meantime, multiple lawsuits have been filed, and at least three have been dismissed.
