Danny Lee Barker and Valerie Ann Barker were indicted in 2020 in Kansas. The couple were accused of mailing threatening communication (three counts) “with the intent to extort from any person any money or other thing of value, did knowingly deposit and cause to be delivered any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person, namely a member of the federal judiciary.”
Below is a sample some of the documents they’ve been creating. The most recent update is that they attempted to have their indictment dismissed utilizing all sorts of different sovereign citizen tactics. They were denied.
Reading about the case of Moorish sovereign couple who were arrested for threatening Federal Bankruptcy Judge (April 20, 2021). They are trying the usual antics in court and failing miserably. Most recently tried to dismiss the indictment. Denied on May 25, 2022 pic.twitter.com/9MUheqPq9L

In court records, she claims that her case should be dismissed because it lacks jurisdiction over her. She claims to be an “American citizen of Moorish nationality” and that she is entitled to diplomatic immunity as a sovereign citizen.
She also claims to be a “authorized representative” for her husband, co-defendant Danny Barker but the court noted she does not have standing to do so.
To be continued.
