TOMORROW: Pauline Bauer returns to court at 10am in Jan 6 case
Bauer's previous hearings have flown off-the-rails, w/ disruptions, arguments & language associated w/ the "sovereign citizen" movement

Nov 8, 2021 Update: Apparently, the government “is adamant” about Ms. Bauer taking a felony plea and won’t let her take a misdemeanor.
The judge has not also not decided if he’ll reconsider her prior detention order. She did write a letter saying that she would comply this time around. You can read the order here. There you can also read her letter to the court. In part, it reads:
“[I] have learned the errors of my ways and will agree to the conditions of release…I apologize for any misstatements before the court and realize that I cannot defend my case from a jail cell.”
What happens next is to be determined.
Update #2: Kathy Griffin gets a mention by Pauline Bauer in her filing:
I don’t feel that you guys are as excited as you should be that one of the January 6 defendants is a “sovereign citizen” and that she mentioned me in her official filing for her defense.
“I did not held Trumps head like Kathy Griffin.”
