Ricki Collin and Amy Hall of Portland, Oregon attacked the owner of a store and are now facing felony charges of assault for this incident.
Collin has other charges as well, from other confrontations in the recent past. He apparently makes these harassment videos and posts them on YouTube.
These are clearly brazen and dangerous people.
